195.4 - More Training

I did more training at the gym on my running while Connor was at swimming lessons today, pushing myself to run an entire mile at 4.5 mph. I used to run it at 4.0. I hope that gradually I can work up to 6mph.

Dinner - 24 oz. water, 6 oz. Great Value crinkle cut french fries baked in the oven, 3/4 cup Nalley turkey chili, 1-1/2 oz. shredded cojack cheese, 1 fruit smoothie (2 cups frozen strawberries, 1-1/2 cups 2% milk)
Total calories - 842
