195.0 - The Sunday Exercise Dilemma

Audrey, you must have been zoning in on my brainwaves, because I was just thinking the same thing about exercising indoors during the long winter months ahead when I can't go for a walk around the neighborhood, and had come to just about the same conclusion. I thought a good stretching/yoga routine would be really nice to do on Sundays, maybe listening to talks or scriptures. Now if I could just find my exercise mat...

Exercise - no exercise, but 133 MFD activity points for cleaning the house. I know, not a good Sunday activity, but we pretty much ignored the ox in the mire on Saturday, and we had friends coming over for dinner, so that was our between-Conference-sessions family activity - clean up the house for company.

Lunch - 2 cups breakfast smoothie with frozen peaches and strawberries, 1 sandwich made with 1 slice Smith's cottage whole wheat bread, romaine hearts lettuce, a few Tbsp. chopped tomato, 1 wedge Laughing Cow light swiss cheese, 2 thin slices Land O Frost smoked ham, 1/2 of a small apple, 24 oz. water
Total calories - 370

Snack #2 - 2 peanut butter chip cookies
Total calories - 160

Dinner - 1 serving lasagna (about 1/12 of a 9x13 pan, and no recipe this time, it was experimental and not worth repeating), at least 3 cups of fresh salad (romaine hearts lettuce, chopped tomatoes, red onions, olives), about 3 Tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, 24 oz. water, 16 oz. Crystal Light
Total calories - 573

Dessert - our friends brought a graham-cracker-crust homemade cheesecake, so I guessed on the calories by using a comparable amount from my own cheesecake recipe
