Lunch - 4 Triscuit reduced fat crackers, 1 wedge Laughing Cow creamy swiss cheese, 1/3 of a small banana, 1 piece fruit Tootsie roll, 1 medium long piece of regular Tootsie roll, 1/2 of El Monterey bean and cheese burrito, 24 oz. water

Dinner - 2 slices Smith's whole wheat Cottage Bread, 2 slices Great Value white american cheese, 3 slices Land O Frost thinly sliced smoked ham, 2 tsp. Smart Balance Light, 1 cup baby carrots, 1 cup steamable cut green beans, 1/2 small banana, 24 oz. water
Total calories - 535

Dessert - 3 pieces Easy Key Lime Pie Cheesecake (recipe on tomorrow's post)
