Dessert - 3 small Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies (recipe below), 24 oz. water

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies (No Yolks) - Connor's favorite
2 sticks (1 cup) butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2-5/8 cup (or 2-1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp.) white flour
3/4 of a 12oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Calories - 118 per 1 oz. (28g) cookie or dough, melon-size ball of dough is about 20g.

Cream the butter and sugars. Mix in the eggs, vanilla, salt & soda. Mix in the flour. I made melon-size balls of dough, then baked them at 325 for 8 minutes.
