I am officially 39 today. 39 for the next ten years. Ha! It's my last year in my 30's, and I broke 200 before my birthday. Met that goal! My next goal is to weigh 160 by the 1st of June. I think it's doable, but with my really low calorie range these days because I weight less now, it's going to be harder than I thought it was. I just don't want to eat in the 2lb-loss/week zone any more. It's usually only 1500 to 1600 calories, and I want to eat more in the 1800 to 2000 calorie range.
