Dinner - Nachos (36g of Santitas yellow tortilla chips, 1.21 oz. of chopped cooked chicken breast, 45 grams (about 6 Tbsp.) shredded cojack cheese, 2 Tablespoons Kroger mild salsa, 2/3 cup chopped red tomato, 1/2 cup homemade guacamole (just 3 to 4 mashed avacados, about 1 tsp. bottled lemon juice, about 1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic bottled, salt to taste), 2 Tbsp. Naturally Yours fat-free sour cream

Dessert - 300g of Peach Crisp (recipe below), 1/2 cup Smith's Artisan Vanilla Bean Deluxe ice cream
