192.0 - Relax, I'm Just Slowing Down a Little

Ladies, ladies, relax. I'm not quitting! I'm just simplifying some things, so that I can make room in my life to expand my crafting business. I'm still being a healthy chick, I still feel strong and confident, and not discouraged. I'm just making a conscious decision to put some of my mental energy towards something else, that's all. I'll still participate in the HWHL blog, no worries, still exercise, which I love doing believe it or not. I still really, really, really like counting my calories. I'm just weird that way. It's the secretly anal part of my brain. That's why I have all the obnoxious stats here on my blog. I just love data!

I didn't exercise the past few days, because I literally spent every waking minute working on my craft business or helping the kids. In fact, I never went to bed last night, and only got a nap this afternoon after church. Crazy! But I will now go get a good night's rest, thank you very much.
