Exercise - 16:17 min. at the Rec Center on the Precor Elliptical efx576i, 1.23 miles, 1738 strides, 190.6 cal, crossramp 10, resistance 10. I showed up at 20 til closing, that's why I didn't get in the ful 30 minutes. So, I decided to walk off the rest, and wound up walking two miles in 44 minutes. Man, I am so slow when I'm not jogging, or not on a treadmill. I daydream and slow down too much.
