Finally broke 209. Whew! Man, I was going to eat more today, but I was focused on getting things done. Frankly, I think that's a major key to my success. I don't sit around goofing off at all. I keep my mind busy on other things, so I don't have a chance to obsess about food.
Idleness is my biggest downfall when it comes to eating. The less I sit around, the less I eat. Busyness is a good thing.
