Exercise - 30 minutes on the elliptical at the Rec Center. I did the Precor efx576i, 2.30 miles, 340.7 cal, crossramp 5, resistance 7 for 18 min, then resistance 10 for 12 min (way hard for me!)
I'm glad I decided to do the elliptical in the morning, even though I knew I was going to do the evening Zumba class. Because, right as I was going to cook dinner, Zen called me and reminded me it was our anniversary. Yikes! I totally forgot!! So, Zen picked up pizza for the kids, I hopped in the shower (I thought I was going to get all sweaty at Zumba, so I hadn't bothered yet), and Zen took me out to eat at a local Mexican restaurant. I pretty much ate what I wanted, totally awesome fajitas, but skipped the soda pop. I guesstimated my calories when I got home, looking up similar meals on myfooddiary.com, and I barely came in under weght maintenance level, but that's still kind of a guess. I probably should just take a hit, and use this day as my one free day with calories. What do you think?
These were in the house for two days, and I didn't eat ONE, nope NOT ONE. Aren't you proud of me?
