Exercise - 20 minutes running, ran 1 mile in 15 minutes, then I took the kids swimming for an hour, carrying Emma everywhere in the water.

I got my first official pair of running shoes yesterday:

They are awesome!! I ran in them today, for the first time. My knees thank me. I liked them so much, I went out and bought another pair of the Asics brand for Zumba class. Can't wait to use those tomorrow!!

  1. I love my Asics, but I bet I'd love a pair with custom arch supports even better! I feel a trip to 26.2 in my future.
