HWHL Points Today - 27 (196 total this session), just fell short of my 64 oz. water (darn it!), and I didn't officially exercise for HWHL points, although I did earn some MFD activity points.
Exercise - I won't count this towards the HWHL points, but I did the shopping today, about 1 hour, trying to walk fast through Wal-Mart and Smith's, and worked up a little sweat.

Man, I was busy today! I think that's why my calories were nearly half of what they should be. Although I did take a much needed break after the last two wonderful days with my sister Sue who was visiting, and took about a 3 hour nap.
