Sorry, this posted a little late. Friday night was just one of those off nights. This day was more off the beaten path from the last week. I still ate a pretty low number of calories, but had a higher percentage of fats and sugars because of the popcorn I ate at the movies and all the fresh fruit I had during the day. Also, my activity level was lower than usual. I made this batch of cookies, E.T. Munchies (it has Reese's Pieces in it, E.T.'s fav candy, thus the name), and I made myself eat only one cookie (it was 112 calories!), and I was starving around 9pm. I think it's because I hadn't tallied my calories for the day, and was afraid that I would go over, and so I only had the cookie for dinner. But I'm telling you, my body was screaming at me at 9pm, so I gave it a healthy salad and some rice left over from a few nights ago. Surprisingly, I still came in under 1600 calories.
