Man, I was fighting an uphill battle today. I wanted to eat every single E.T. Munchies cookie that was left, which was probably about 2500 calories. Sigh. I gotta eat more calories tomorrow. I was kind of anal today, wanting to lose the weight I gained on Free Day. I would really like to break 220 this week.
Yeah, I was down to 141 at one point last week and after my days in Pinedale and being totally gluttonous all weekend, I started the week off at 146. Time to bust a move!
ReplyDeleteThat's one thing I find so frustrating! I work my tail off all week, have one free day, only to gain it all back. I think I need to work on not over doing my free days. GRRR! You're doing awesome, and you've one your first challenge. How cool is that?
