When you eat enough food to gain 10 pounds in 2 weeks or less, there is an unending stream of deliciousness parading its way into your mouth, and you are eating the same amount of food that people used to eat during 8-course meals in high-falutin' sit-downs, then you know you need an INTERVENTION. And that means tracking your food intake again.
